(Sofija -) Svilengrad BD - Díkaia/Díkea OSE (- Píthio): [D] The one pair of passenger trains between Díkaia/Díkea and Svilengrad are reported to have ceased in August 2009.
(Sofija -) Kulata BD - Promachon OSE (- Strimon - Thessaloniki): [D] OSE works to Kulata.

(Florina -) Neos Kafkatos OSE - Kremenica M (- Bitola): [D] This line has been out of use for several years. Formerly, OSE used to work to Kremenica. It has been reported that passenger traffic is scheduled to restart in 2014, with help of EU Regional funding.
(Thessaloníki -) Idomeni OSE - Gevgelija M (- Skopje): [E] This route carries two train pairs between Thessaloníki and Skopje and beyond. Generally, OSE operates to Gevgelija.

Píthio OSE - Uzunköprü TCDD (- İstanbul Sirkeci): [D] The daily passenger service comprises one daytime TCDD return trip to Píthio, with connection at Píthio to/from Thessaloniki, plus the overnight service "Dostluk/Filia Express" which carries sleeping cars only.
