The following lines have few trains (relative to service levels generally) - fewer than four trains each way on at least three days a week - or do not run each weekday.

bullet Isthmos - Loutraki [two each way, with a third early morning one in the timetable which does not run]

bullet Argos - Zeugolatio [following a derailment on 14 January 2004 - buses running Argos - Kalamata]
