Some railway administrations publish downloadable versions of their public timetables on-line. Generally the timetables are in same format as the printed timetable; most are in Portable Document Format (PDF). Where it is not immediately obvious "what to do", some hints are given.

Note that, in many cases, other useful information is given on some of these pages - for example details of forthcoming engineering works.
