Looking eastwards towards Gibraleón, where the Tharsis Railway used to cross this road (N-431 Ayamonte - Gibraleón) at a level crossing. Rails are still in situ under the tarmac. The crossing hut is still in place, and what is presumably the crossing keeper's cottage also still exists out of view to the left. The line here closed in 1999.
