One of the weight limit signs at Dunham Road bridge. I've checked, the "Locomotive Act 1861" still applies, hence the recent sign. This one, on the north side, is flat on its back but the one on the south side is upright but partly covered by graffiti. Of course, in this context, "locomotive" means a mechanically propelled road vehicle.
