Taken from the junction of Dam Head Lane and Dam Lane, between Glazebrook village and Hollins Green, the HS2 planned route crosses this field from left to right, on an embankment up to 10 m high. In the far distance the 1320 m long viaduct over the Manchester Ship Canal will start.
