Descending from the River Sava bridge into Slavonski Šamac station in Croatia, on a GIL special train from Šamac in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Unfortunately we were not permitted to alight or take photographs at Slavonski Šamac, to avoid customs or border formalities. Slavonski Šamac has an internal Croatian passenger service from Strizivojne-Vrpolje, which I covered later in this trip.
