Taken from the A5209 road overbridge looking towards Parbold and Southport. 769424 is just passing Parbold's Up Section signal and Chapel Lane Crossing's Up Distant signal, both in the clear position. Parbold signal box is just visible in the distance. Both signals are wire-worked from their respective lever frames.
