Oil tanker "NCC Dalia" is berthed at Tranmere Oil Terminal. Later today the smaller vessel "Lokholmen" will berth alongside and transfer oil for Stanlow refinery on the Manchester Ship Canal - "NCC Dalia" being too large for the Canal.
