Councillor Andrew Fender (Chair of Transport for Greater Manchester, TfGM) ceremonially hands over a drivers key for 1007 to Councillor Keith Whitmore (Manchester Transport Museum Society) at Heaton Park tram stop. TfGM has promised to hand over 1007 to the MTMS for preservation at Heaton Park Tramway.
