Snaefell Mountain Railway (SMR) car 5 (left) and Manx Electric Railway car 19 with trailer 47 (right) await their booked 10:15 departure times. as SMR No.2 arrives from the summit. Though the first passenger working from Laxey to Snaefell summit is at 10:15, one car runs unadvertised up there much earlier taking supplies and staff up to the summit café, which has no road access. On this date, No.2 has performed that duty.
